- Due to the social distancing guidelines, we have had to drastically reduce our table and seating capacity. Therefore, the customer demand for seating might be higher than what we can safely fit in our building. At least in the short term, we will be using a phone-in reservation system to guarantee seating until capacity is reached. If there are available spots, walk-ins will be permitted until table / seating capacity is reached on a first come first serve basis. Please review the reservation tab on this website for more information.
- Bingo is open on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The only day we are closed is Monday
- Please sit at your assigned table and sit with who you booked with.
- We will only be seating people on one side of the table, with a maximum of 2 per table, to ensure staff can sell cards without getting too close. We highly encourage customers to sit in pairs, but will make allowances for those customers who might be playing bingo without anyone in their 10 person gathering limit. UPDATE: We have added some tables for 3 and 4 people to sit together who are in the same social bubble.
- Staff will be required to wear masks on the floor and follow a sanitizing schedule.
- Customers will be required to use hand sanitizer upon entry into the bingo hall.
- It is highly recommended that you bring a bottle of hand sanitizer with your bingo supplies for your personal use at your table. Several hand sanitizer dispensers will be available in the hall as well..
- The new Public Health requirement is that masks must be worn at all times by everyone in indoor public places. This includes Bingo.
- Please respect the 6 foot social distancing rules, we have done our best to ensure this is easily done within the hall. Please be patient and try and follow the rules the best you can.
- We will try and disinfect all high touch surfaces regularly during the night.
- When bingo is over we will have to follow a strict exiting procedure. We will go row by row. If you are nervous or are not in a hurry please be patient and wait until everyone has exited.
- Unfortunately, due to our diminished in-hall capacity, our pricing and prize structure has been slightly altered. Please review the bingo format section of this website for details.
- At the present time, there will be no canteen service or water station. There will be a pop / water vending machine that will be sanitized throughout the night. At this time, please feel free to bring whatever food requirements you might have, as well as a water bottle.
- Our loyalty program is not active at the present time
- If possible, please try to have exact change for each cash transaction. Especially for floor sales
- For the health and safety of everyone in our facility, customers displaying any of the signs of COVID-19 will be refused entry. Please stay home and cancel your reservation if you have one of the following symptoms of COVID-19:
- fever (chills, sweats)
- cough or worsening of a previous cough
- sore throat
- Headache
- shortness of breath
- muscle aches
- Sneezing
- nasal congestion or runny nose
- hoarse voice
- Diarrhea
- unusual fatigue
- loss of sense of smell or taste
- red, purple or bluish lesions on the feet, toes or fingers without clear cause.
We want to thank everyone in advance for being patient in this unprecedented time.
We are really excited to get back to bingo!
